Private piano lessons at Allegro

Try our fresh approach to piano instruction that combines a strong foundation in music theory, intervallic reading, learning note names, as well as ear training and improvisation. Piano, the "master instrument," creates a solid foundation for studying other instruments as well.

We use multiple learning strategies to help students experience success from the beginning and for continued skill development. Our full-time staff of caring, degreed music teachers will tailor lessons to each student’s learning style and needs.

Piano lessons are available for ages 3 and older, from beginner to advanced skill levels. We are happy to provide an assessment lesson for the very youngest students to assure their readiness and that they have a positive first experience with music lessons. We are also happy to assess students who may be ready to advance their playing skills by working with a professional music educator.

Current Group Piano Lessons

• Keyboard Explorers $129 Ages 3-5
• A fun introduction to piano for your little Mozart! This class meets for 45 minutes, once a week for 6 weeks. Keyboard Explorers sessions I, II, & III are available to children in play-based preparation for private lessons.
• Discovering Improvisation $129 Levels: Intermediate & Up
• Create new music on the spot! A 6-week, blues-based introduction to improvisation; meets for 50 minutes once a week. Available to students with approximately 3 or more years of private piano lessons (or the equivalent progress). Limit of 4 students per class.
